Routing Center Specialist –Temporary Staffing position

Job Title: Routing Center Specialist
Location: Denver Routing Center - 4100 E. Arkansas address, Denver CO

Job Description: Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Prepare and fulfill Domestic TripTik and publication orders for member pick up and/or delivery. Stocking materials needed for the department, such as TourBooks, maps, and other supplies needed to complete the task. Ability to lift 50 pounds. This is a seasonal temporary position up to 40 hours; based on work demand.

Job Qualifications: Excellent US/Canada geography knowledge. Good computer skills and aptitude to learn new applications. Attend mandatory training. Work in an office environment and have the ability to work as an individual, but still maintain communication within a team. Ability to work in a fast pace environment while performing with high quality and accuracy.

Travel Agent

Job Title: Travel Agent
Location: Southglenn - 7400 S. University Blvd, Centennial, CO

Job Description: Arrange leisure International air, car, cruise, hotel and tour packages. Provide excellent customer service. Actively seek and develop new travel clients through walk in traffic and in-bound phone calls. Provide clients with up to date requested travel information, travel planning and trip assistance.

Job Qualifications: Apollo reservations and travel school graduation or comparative travel agency experience required. Meet sales production requirements. Excellent knowledge of United States and World geography. Good computer skills and aptitude to learn new applications. Attend mandatory training and certification training courses. Ability to work in office environment, working occasional Saturdays.
